How do I place an order?
You can place an order on our website or via our UK Dry Cleaners app (available on Play Store and App Store)
- Enter your contact details and address
- Choose the Day / Time for collection and delivery
- Confirm the order by providing your card details
Please note:
- The card will not be charged until you have received an invoice from us
- You don’t have to specify the items, our driver will list down the items for you and we will take care of them
What happens if an item gets damaged during cleaning?
Our total liability to you in respect of each Item is limited to ten times the price we charge for the Services, but not more than £100.00 per item, given a proof of purchase is provided, showing the date of purchase and the value of the item.
Do you offer alterations and repairing services?
Yes, we provide both repair and alteration services.
If you have specific alteration or repair needs, please include clear instructions in the “Order Instructions” section while placing an order.
